Fusion Music Fest is coming to Beeville.

The Beeville Downtown Depot Pavilion will be hosting the 1st "Fusion Music Fest",

in conjunction with Beeville Main Street, on Saturday July 2, 2011. The event will take place after Market & Main Downtown from 4:45 PM to

12 Midnight and will be COMPLETELY FREE to the public. The "Fusion Music Fest" will showcase the **1st "Bee 'N Idol"

contest, Beeville's version of American Idol singing competition.

Contestants MUST be Bee County Residents between the ages of 12-17.

1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners will receive trophies. 1st place

winner will receive recording time at Meskeet Sound & Recording

Studio, a spot to perform for Beeville's Western Week Celebration,

performance on Channel 3's Domingo Live TV show, and will represent the

1st "Bee N' Idol" winner at other possible events. The

fest will also have a variety of live acts, to include Texas Country,

Tejano/conjunto, Norteno, Classic Rock, & Hip Hop (See

our "Performing Artist Info" link for detailed info). The "Fusion Music

Fest" has been put together to attract a diverse audience to the

festival due to the "Fusion" of music on one stage in one night! We are

currently taking applications for Food & Arts/Crafts vendors!!
