Congratulations Rosario Vargas on completion of our Fast Track Rehabilitation Program!
Rosario Vargas arrived at Hacienda Oaks Nursing & Rehab August 22, 2012
from Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. Upon arrival Ms. Vargas was weak and unable to transfer without maximum assist. After working very hard with our Excellent Rehab Team, she was able to return home to her family walking without assistance Monday September 24th, 2012! Great Job Ms. Vargas! Virgie Tranthum arrived at Hacienda Oaks Nursing & Rehab August 22, 2012 after a recent hospitalization at Christus Spohn Beeville Hospital. Upon arrival Mrs. Tranthum was unable to transfer or walk without maximum assistance from our staff. Mrs. Tranthum was determined to regain her strength and was able to return home to her family Friday September 14, 2012! Mrs. Tranthum left our Short Term Rehab Program transferring and walking independently! Great Job Mrs. Tranthum!
Charlotte Lane arrived at Hacienda Oaks Nursing & Rehab June 28, 2012 from Christus Spohn Beeville Hospital. Upon arrival Mrs. Lane was very weak and required maximum assistance with all activities of daily living including transferring and walking. Mrs. Lane worked very hard with our Rehab team and was able to return home walking with a walker September 16, 2012! Outstanding work Mrs. Lane!

Congratulations Verna Hilliard!
Mrs Hilliard came to Hacienda Oaks Nursing & Rehab in need of Short Term Therapy after a recent hospital stay. Upon arrival Mrs. Hilliard was unable to walk without maximum assistance related to her medical diagnosis. On July 29th, 2012 Mrs. Hilliard was able to return home
walking independently!! It was a pleasure having you in our Short Term Therapy Program. We are proud of your hard work!

Melba Martinez arrived at Hacienda Oaks Nursing and Rehab May 14, 2012 after a recent below the knee amputation. Upon arrival Mrs. Martinez was unable to transfer or stand without moderate assistance. Mrs. Martinez worked very hard daily with our therapy department and was determined to build her strength. On Monday, June 9th, 2012 her hard work paid off! Great job Mrs. Martinez! Everyone at Hacienda Oaks will miss you dearly. Thank you for choosing Hacienda Oaks for your rehab needs.

Maria Dominguez arrived at Hacienda Oaks April 13th 2012 after a recent fall at home. Upon arrival she was unable to stand and was very weak. On May 5th 2012 Mrs. Dominguez was able to return home much stronger and transferring with minimal assistance! Nice Work!

Raymond English arrived at Hacienda Oaks Nursing & Rehab Jan. 10th, 2012 after an above the knee amputation. Mr. English was very determined to regain his upper and lower body strength in order to learn to walk with a prosthetic leg. On Thursday April 19th, 2012 Mr. English was fitted for his prosthesis in San Antonio and was able to return home to his family much stronger. Congratulations Mr. English! Martha Walker arrived at Hacienda Oaks weak and unable to transfer or walk without assistance. With hard work Mrs. Walker was able to return home March 16,2012 transferring without assistance and walking with a walker with long endurance! Good Job! We are really going to miss you!
Doris McKinney arrived at Hacienda Oaks weak from a recent hospital stay and unable to transfer without assistance. On March 19th she was able to return home transferring independently and walking with longer endurance! Congratulations Mrs. McKinney! We wish you the best of luck!
Cathleen Anderson arrived at Hacienda Oaks very weak, wheelchair bound, and unable to transfer without assistance. On March 18th she was able to return home walking with assistance and transferring independently! Good Luck Mrs. Anderson! It was a pleasure having you in our Rehab program!
Charlotte Lane arrived at Hacienda Oaks very weak from a recent hospitalization, and needed moderate assistance with transferring and walking. With hard work she was able to return home March 16th transferring independently and walking with a walker. Great job Mrs. Lane and Good Luck!

Mikey Gomez arrived at Hacienda Oaks after a cardiac stay at Christus Spohn Shoreline. After a lot of hard work Mikey was able to return home independently on Tuesday February 28th 2012. We enjoyed having Mr Gomez in our therapy program. We will miss you dearly!
Mr Joe Garza arrived at Hacienda Oaks after having cardiac issues. Mr Garza had weakness and was in a wheelchair upon arrival. Joe worked hard in therapy everyday and was able to return home walking with a cane on Friday March 2nd 2012! We are so glad you chose Hacienda Oaks for your rehab needs Mr Garza! You are special to us and we will miss you!
