Congratulations Joe Bohac!

Mr. Joe Bohac arrived to Hacienda Oaks unable to stand or transfer after a recent hospitalization.  After hard work and determination, Mr. Bohac was able to return home to his family Monday, December 5th, 2011 walking and transferring with minimal assistance. We wish you the best of luck! It was a pleasure having you!

Mr. Ray Garcia arrived to Hacienda Oaks unable to stand or transfer without assistance.  After a lot of hard work and dedication from Mr. Garcia and our excellent therapy department, Mr. Garcia was able to return home walking with a cane independently, and transferring independently!  All of us at Hacienda Oaks will deeply miss you Ray.  We wish you the best of luck!

Mrs. Nealy arrived at Hacienda Oaks in May, 2011 from Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital.  Upon arrival she was very weak, unable to bear weight,and unable to walk or transfer without assistance after a recent fall. Congratulations Walter Stuart on completion of our Short Term Rehabilitation Program!

Mr. Stuart arrived at Hacienda Oaks Nursing and Rehab June 23rd 2011 from Christus Spohn Beeville Hospital.  Upon arrival Mr. Stuart was very weak from his recent hospitalization with CHF exacerbation. With hard work Mr. Stuart was able to return home transferring and walking independently on July 15, 2011.

Congratulations Frances Finke and Ysabel Gonzales on completion of our Short Term Rehabilitation Program!

Frances Finke came to Hacienda Oaks from Christus Spohn Beeville hospital after a recent fall at home.  Upon arrival she was wheel chair bound and needed assistance.  On Friday June 10th Mrs. Finke was able to return home walking independently!  Thank You Mrs. Finke for choosing Hacienda Oaks for your rehab needs.  We will deeply miss you!

Ysabel Gonzales came to Hacienda Oaks from Christus Spohn Shoreline hospital after a recent mitral valve replacement.  Upon arrival Mr. Gonzales was very weak from surgery and required assistance.  On Friday June 10th he was able to return home ambulating independently!  Thank You Mr. Gonzales for choosing Hacienda Oaks Nursing and Rehab for your rehab needs!  It was a pleasure having you with us!
