Fall clean-up The town of Refugio, along with Allied Waste Services, will provide two large dumpsters free of charge beginning on Friday, Nov. 6, for the fall clean-up day. Dumpsters will be placed in the 400 block of Ymbacion Street and on W. West Street between the museum and scout hut. The dumpsters fill quickly. Please, no tires, batteries or concrete.
