The Friends of Swinney Switch VFD will hold an ice cream social on Saturday, July 28, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Swinney Switch Center, Live Oak County Annex, located at 904 FM 3024 north of Mathis.
All-You-Can-Eat at $5 for adults and $2.50 for children 9 years and under. There will be various ice-cream flavors (all home-made), a bake-sale and a raffle. All proceeds will benefit the Swinney Switch FVD.
