A benefit to help defray medical expenses for Diana (Ramirez) Quiroz will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 111 N. Washington St., behind Beeville Publishing Co. (Bee-Picayune) parking lot. Carne guisada plates with rice, beans and a dessert will be sold for $7 each.
