B.A.L.L. (Be Active Live Longer) will meet Friday, Oct. 4, at 11:15 a.m. for its monthly covered dish luncheon in the fellowship hall of the First United Methodist Church at 106 E. Cleveland.
The program will be a book review given by Jonnie Jordan. The Fossil Hunter, a biography by Shelley Emling is a very readable biography of Mary Anning, an early 19th century fossil hunter in England.
BALL is a nondenominational gathering open to anyone in the community wishing to share a covered dish meal and great conversation. Bring a covered dish and a friend for fun and fellowship.
