Hefferman Abstract. 31; Tract 127; 4.92 acres, with a location address of 2503 N. St. Marys Street, to allow him to exceed the maximum height regulations for the B-2 Secondary and Highway Business District (Ordinance 1114, Section 11, B, Height Regulations: No building shall exceed two and a half (2 1/2) stories or 35 feet in height.)
