NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Beeville, Texas will hold a public hearing Monday, February 4, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 400 N. Washington Street, Beeville, TX 78102 to consider a zone change request from Gilbert Del Bosque for his property at the corner of Kennedy and Kathleen with a legal description of Wilson Addition, Block 10, Lot 9, 150’ X 150’ from the current “R-1” First One Family Dwelling District changed to a “R-3” Duplex and Apartment District.
