Request for Bid Proposal

The Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District is requesting Bid Proposals for: One (1) 2012 or 2013 1/2 ton extended cab pickup. This bid proposal is for a pickup truck that is in existing inventory and ready for delivery. Minimum specifications: ½ ton extended-cab pickup truck with four wheel drive, gasoline V-8 engine, automatic transmission, A/C, radio, power windows, and preferably white exterior paint. The deadline for submitting a bid proposal is to be delivered or postmarked no later than Friday, December 21, 2012 5:00 p.m. The bid proposals will be opened at the December 28, 2012 Board of Directors Meeting convening at 9:00 a.m. at the Evergreen UWCD office located at, 110 Wyoming Blvd. Pleasanton TX.
