NOTICE OF SALE OF

PERSONAL PROPERTY

THE STATE OF TEXAS

COUNTY OF REFUGIO

By virtue of an execution issued out of the 94TH Judicial District Court, Nueces County, Texas on a judgment rendered in said such Court in favor of Mary Kathryn Barth in Cause No. 98-00582-00-0-C, I did on the 27th day of December, 2012, levy upon the following described personal property in Refugio County, Texas, as the property of the defendant, Jerry Lee Barth, to wit:

2000 Harley Davidson

Motorcycle

1956 Studebaker, and

2006 Nitro Boat and Trailer

And on the 8th day of January, 2013, being the second Tuesday of said month, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on said day, at the 1017 West Houston Street, Refugio County Sheriff's Annex of said county, I will offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash, all the right, title and interest of said defendant in and to said property.
