NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Beeville, Texas will hold a public hearing Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 400 N. Washington Street, Beeville, TX 78102 to consider a variance request from David Ajit, Owner/Representative of La Quinta Inn & Suites located on Hwy. 59. The appellant wishes to exceed the maximum height requirements established by City Ord. No. 1114, Section 11B which sets maximum height of 2 ½ stories, i.e. 35 feet. The legal description of subject property is: Anne Burke Grant, ABST 5, TR 1.627 Acres out of that certain 102.8 Acre.
