Property Manager needed for a 50 unit section 8 complex.

Must have a minimal of 2yrs experience in property management. Must be able to supervise and direct work for all staff on the site; operate the property in compliance with the local State and Federal regulations; maintain property in peak operating conditions including appropriate curb appeal; support resident initiatives. Travel as required.
