Notice of Public Hearing The Refugio County is considering a proposed amendment to its approved 2008 Community Development Fund contract #728145 with the Texas Department of Rural Affairs. A public hearing concerning the proposed amendment is scheduled to be held at 6:30 PM on November 3rd, 2009 at Woodsboro’s City Hall, 121 Wood Avenue, Woodsboro, Texas. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the proposed amendment and solicit citizen input on the proposed change in the scope of the County’s 2008 TCDP project.Refugio County Texas Community Development Block Grant Program Community Development Fund Project All citizens are encouraged to attend this hearing and present their views to the County. Woodsboro City Hall is accessible to the disabled; disabled individuals who might have difficulty attending this public hearing should contact the County Judge or Woodsboro’s City Secretary at the above address to arrange for special assistance. If anyone interested in attending the hearing requires a translator, please contact Refugio County or Woodsboro City Hall prior to the hearing so arrangements can be made. If you cannot attend in person, written comments may be submitted and will be accepted by the County until this public hearing is concluded.
