NOTICE T-C Oil Company will conduct standard 3-D seismic survey operations within an approx. 123 square mile area located in Aransas and Refugio Counties, including areas around Bayside, Mission Bay, and a small portion of tidal waters along the west Copano Bay shoreline, beginning on or about November 1, 2009. Work vessels will be clearly marked and should be avoided. Operations are expected to be completed within 3 to 4 months.
