Victoria County Master Gardener Association will hold its first "Lunch and Learn With The Masters" event Monday, Jan. 14, noon to 1 p.m., with Master Gardener Roy Cook as speaker. His presentation is titled "Propagation 101." The event is free and will be held at the Pattie Dodson Health Center, 2805 N. Navarro St., in Victoria.
