Planning is underway for the Annual Goliad Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet, “Let the Good Times Roll – Mardi Gras” to be held on Friday, February 22, 2013.  This annual event will be held at the Goliad Memorial Auditorium and begins at 5:30p.m.  Attendees will be transported to Mardi Gras complete with beads, masks, doubloons and all that Louisiana flavor clear down to the menu.  Guests will enjoy a menu complete with apple smoked halibut with Cajun praline sauce, caramelized Cajun pork chops, dirty rice, corn casserole, broccoli with cremini mushroom casserole in béchamel sauce, garlic breadsticks and bananas foster upside down cake.   Please mark February 22^nd to “Let the Good Times Roll!”

The price of a corporate table remains $300 and includes prime seating, first in line to dine, your company name in the program, newspaper and at your table, a bottle of champagne with keepsake champagne glasses for everyone at the table and eight (8) Auction tickets.  Please reserve your corporate table as they are limited by February 1, 2013.  Individual tickets are $25 each and are available now.

The Chamber is also accepting Auction items and cash donations for the event.  These donations are a good way to promote your business and to contribute to your Chamber of Commerce.  Your name or company name will be listed in the program and shown at the display tables prior to the auctions.
