The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Geraldine A. Celsi and Anthony R. Celsi. The prospective groom is the son of Betty A. Kenefick of Beeville and the late James M. Kenefick.
The couple plan to wed at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Embassy Suites in El Paso.
