Sgt. Jason Alvarez was called to the scene shortly after the 1:45 a.m. incident Sunday to find that someone had broken out a window.
Then the burglar (or burglars) ran inside the store, broke the glass out of a display case and grabbed as many cellular phones as possible before fleeing the scene.
Police Chief Joe Treviño asked that anyone who might have information that could lead to an arrest in the case contact the Coastal Bend Crime Stoppers organization.
If the information leads to an arrest, the person providing the tip could qualify for a reward of up to $1,000.
