Lady Trojan Elizabeth Segovia works set new personal records and was named the “Outstanding Lifter” at the Coastal Bend College Powerlifting event on Saturday. The CBC event was staged by the college’s Jack Young and drew more than three times as many local lifters than last year’s first event.
