Ensign Michael L. Cramer completed months of competitive and intensive training when he was awarded his Navy "Wings of Gold" by Commodore T. C. Wimberly. Cramer hails from Rockville Cenre, New York, and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in finance. He completed his advanced training with the VT-24 "Bobcats".
