The Beeville Community Chorus under the artistic direction of Dr. James Lee will present its annual spring concert at Mission Espiritu Santo De Zuniga in Goliad State Park on Saturday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m.

The choir will present a program of sacred, patriotic and spiritual songs. Several popular songs will be performed, including a George Gershwin medley titled “Who Could Ask for Anything More?”

The Beeville Community Chorus has been performing throughout South Texas since it was founded in 1975 by Dr. James Lee. The choir is comprised of musically talented community members, together with Jeff Brewer as the assistant director of the choir and Nona Schorp as the accompanist.

For more information about Goliad State Park, call 361-645-3405. Goliad State Park is located a half mile south of Goliad on U.S. Highway 183. Entry fees are $3 per adult, with children 12 and under free.
