Russell Jaso
Russell is the son of Ronnie and Lupe Jaso of Refugio.
The 6th grade math teacher nominated Jaso for the honor.
This is the second nomination that Russell has received. He will be attending the People to People Leadership Conference in Washington D.C. in May.
Outstanding students are nominated for participation in this program based on demonstrated leadership ability and academic excellence.
