Live Oak County 4-H members advance to district

The Live Oak County 4-H Food Show was held on Sunday, Oct. 12. The winners are as follows:

Junior Division — Main Dish - Jacob Bryce of the George West 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with his “Carrot Coins Beef Loaf”; Ricky Horton or the Three Rivers 4-H club won a blue ribbon with his “Chilie Cornbread Salad”. Fruit & Vegetables - Alexis Foil of the George West 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with her “TAC Salad”. Bread & Cereal - Lillie Council of the Three Rivers 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with her “Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread”. Nutritious Snacks - Kylie Garner of the Three Rivers 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with her “Easy Tuna Ceviche”; Katrina Horton of the Three Rivers 4-H club won a blue ribbon with her “Orange Cream Fluff”; Kaylee Hall of the Three Rivers 4-H club won a blue ribbon with her “No-Bake Cookies”; and Kaitlyn Noel of the Three Rivers 4-H club won a blue ribbon on her “Kiwi-Pineapple Yogurt Parafait”.

Intermediate Division — Main Dish - Allison Bryce of the George West 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with her “Gyros”. Fruit & Vegetables - Holly Kopplin of the Three Rivers 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with her “Delicious Squash Casserole”. Bread & Cereal - Renee Dobie of the Three Rivers 4-H club won first place and will advance on to District with her “Raisin Bran Muffins”. Nutritious Snacks - Tara Liska of the George West 4-H club won first place and will advance on to District with her “Berry Smoothies”.

Senior Division — Main Dish - Alex Katzfey of the George West 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with her “Chicken ~n~ Spinach Pasta Bake”. Bread & Cereal - Larissa Liska of the George West 4-H club won first place and will advance on to district with her “Carrot Cake Muffing”. Nutritious Snacks - Rachel Dobie of the Three Rivers 4-H club will advance on to district with her “Tex-Mex Cheese Roll”.
