Sarah Lopez of Woodsboro and Marcie Peterson of Refugio will join special guests Ray Crittenton of Corpus Christi, along with the award-winning Opry Band.
This will be Crittenton’s second time to appear on the show.
Lopez is up-and-coming young singer who will also perform for thesecond time at the Opry.
Peterson is the band director at Woodsboro High School.
Admission is $5 a person. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
All net proceeds go to the Opry Scholarship fund for graduating seniors from all three county schools.
The Fierova family, who usually run the Refugio County Opry concession stand, plans to follow Kasie Fierova to Austin this Thursday as she takes on the state golf tournament for the fourth year running.
The concession stand falls this month instead to the Woodsboro Junior High National Junior Honor Society and the WJHS student council. They will provide a variety of sandwiches, including barbecue on a bun, chicken salad and more, along with chips, sodas, tea, coffee, popcorn, ice cream and homemade desserts. Please stop by and show your support for these two programs.
The Fierova family will be back in the kitchen in June for the Opry scholarship award show. Proceeds from the concession go to the Domingo Fierova Scholarship and the graduates of Woodsboro High School.
