Rosales named TWU’s Outstanding Family Nurse Practitioner graduate

On May 13, Amanda Dominguez Rosales graduated from Texas Woman’s University in Houston with a master of science degree in nursing, majoring as a family nurse practitioner. She was also chosen as a 2012 Outstanding Family Nurse Practitioner graduate by the Texas Woman’s University faculty.

Amanda completed her bachelor of science degree in nursing at The University of Texas at Austin in 2008, and is a 2004 graduate of A.C. Jones High School.

She has accepted a position as a family nurse practitioner at Bethesda Health Center in Tyler, where she will be providing health care services to individuals between the ages of 16 to 64.

Amanda is the wife of Manuel Rosales of Edinburg and the daughter of Adolfo and Emilia Dominguez of Beeville.
