According to a local resident, he paid the company and its owners/employees $5,250 for windows and the installation of those windows and no work was ever done.
The suspects were identified as Nash Peterson, Kristy Cappiello and Chad Cappiello.
The contract was for July 13. But the company stopped returning phone calls to the victim, and the phone numbers provided were changed.
Deputies investigating the incident found the company’s name in a “ripoffreport.com” website, along with several complaints from other customers who had paid for services and products they never received.
The company advertised that it was located in Pottsboro, Texas, but the website report noticed that the address was of a vacant building.
