On Wednesday, Oct. 15, 35 TRHS and TRMS Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) students attended the annual leadership conference at Zephyr Baptist Encampment along with our chapter advisors, Mrs. Coquat and Mrs. Carroll. Jesi Hessong, Rachel Dockery, Shelly Smith and Stephanie Saenz led a session on one of FCCLA’s national programs.

Earth 2009 encourages recycling to save the earth’s natural resources. Two students, Darcy Orsak and Troy Jambers, prepared a theme banner for the banner competition.

In FCCLA, students learn valuable leadership skills and are encouraged to get involved in community service.

Please join us for our pre-game meal on Oct. 31. Come by before trick-or-treating or attending parent’s night as we play Freer for a delicious meal of turkey and dressing.
