Mr. Harms was born May 8, 1945, in Borden County to Luis Harms and Lenora Cantu Harms.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include one son, Victor Lloyd Harms of Alvin; two brothers, Luis Harms and Albert “Whitey” Harms, both of Beeville; four grandchildren, Ashley Gromgolle, Kenedy Harms, Reagan Harms and Bryson Harms, all of Alvin; and three nephews, Ralph Harms, Michael Harms and Joe Anthony Harms, all of Beeville.
Visitation was held Monday, May 21, from 3 to 9 p.m. A rosary was recited that evening at 7 p.m. at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel.
The funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel with Father Luke officiating. Interment followed at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.
Pallbearers were Joaquin Armijo, Rosendo Garcia, Robert Galindo, Michael Harms, Joe Anthony Harms and Roel Rosas.
