Qualifications:

Eddie received Social Security survivors benefits due to the death of his father.  Eddie collected government benefits for three years which he saved so that he could attend college.  Eddie could have been a high school drop out.

Eddie paid for college with student loans and was a fratboy.

Eddie never held a private sector job.

Eddie has no business experience.

Eddie has been on the public dole receiving a government check since becoming an intern in Congress.

Yet, after living off the government his entire life Eddie wants to cut funding to the same government programs that he benefited from.  Eddie is another example of the "I got mine screw everyone else" attitude found amongst Republican legislators.
