Karnes City junior Philip Vaughan glides over the hurdle on his way to being Regional Champion in the 110 hurdles with a time of 15.28 seconds at D.W. Rutledge Stadium in San Antonio last Saturday. Philip is now headed to the State track meet in Austin.
