How many times have you returned a meal at a restaurant? It was either not cooked right or it wasn’t what you ordered. Whatever the case may be, it’s a practice we can afford to do as customers and it’s been done for hundreds of years. I’ve never been rude to the waitresses as the fault lies with the cooks.

Normally after all it said and done, I’ve never been denied service and I end up a happy customer. I’ve been to many fine restaurants and the staff always have conducted themselves with dignity.

Small outfits like a restaurant in Runge could do with a little practice of manners. Rudeness should not be allowed in a place of business.

Not only my order was not cooked correctly, they simply made me wait and when asked about the order, a lady simply dismissed me and said, “she just has to wait.” Needless to say, I paid for my coffee and left.

It seems to me that these people come into town open a stand to serve the oil field workers without an ounce of humanity. This place like any other “Taco Stand” will eventually fade out of business.

What ever happened to diplomacy and respect, or the right to agree to disagree without anyone getting offended?
