The United States Achievement Academy announced that Aaron Villarreal, of Kenedy, has been recognized by the United States Achievement Academy as a student of excellence in mathematics. This is a prestigious honor, very few students can hope to attain, fewer than 10% of all American high school students are recognized.

Aaron, who attends Kenedy High School, was nominated for this honor by Vel Trashanov, a teacher at the school. His name will appear in the United State Achievement Academy’s Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.

Aaron is the son of Melissa Sauceda and Seferino Villarreal IV of Kenedy and the grandson of Seferino Villarreal, III, and Delia Villarreal of Kenedy and Teofilo “Popo” Sauceda and the late Lucia H. Sauceda of Karnes City.
