9/11 Remembrance set at H-E-B

Refugio County First Responders and H-E-B will host a 9/11 Remembrance on Sunday, Sept. 11 in the parking lot of the Refugio H-E-B from 1 to 5 p.m.

Guest speaker will be Phillip Sanchez. Residents will have the opportunity to meet the county’s first responders, see the latest in fire and police protection equipment.

Free hotdogs and chips will be provided while they last, and music will be provided by 97.5 KFTX.

A tribute for the victim’s of 9/11 will be held at 4 p.m.
