Thanks so much to the Bee-Pic for the front page article concerning the Vineyard’s dumping dilemma. This led to assistance from community members and, soon, a solution to the problem!

Thanks to Beverly and Don Hoaglin for hauling off the first load the next day. John R. Martinez of J-M Lawn Service brought a truck, a trailer and employees to assist our volunteers in disposing of 11 couches, assorted mattresses, broken furniture and dirty, unusable baby toys. Thanks to all others who volunteered their services. We will call on you!

Thanks to Buddy Hardy and Lanny Holland of the City of Beeville, dumpers will receive tickets for ignoring our pleas. God bless you.
