Karnes County Correctional Center is sponsoring a barbecue plate sale including half a chicken, potato salad, beans and trimmings benefiting Texas Special Olympics. The event will be held Saturday, Feb. 23 from 11 a.m. to ? at Hwy 181 GEO building for $8 a plate.
