Last Saturday the second annual Bee County Living History Celebration returned to downtown Beeville. Those who came out—despite the weather forecast and cloudy skies—were treated to Aztec dancers, tours of the historic Bee County Courthouse, fun pioneer games at the library, storytelling and more. Children who brought items for trading stopped at Balde Galvan’s wickiup and left with some homemade native treasures.
