Yes, that is my Dad, Chico Flores in the middle. This picture is HILARIOUS! Can't wait to show him :)

It looks like the salesman's name tag says Chico Flores. The man on the right has a patch on his shirt that read's "hike and bike for retarded citizens". The schwinn bike the sailer has looks around the mid 70's I believe.

Chico Flores was a salesman at Lack's about this time, and judging by the appliances, this must have been taken there.

Lack's Furniture where Chico was a salesman, and Joe Linnsteadter on the right--I would put it about 1974.
