Several students from Moreno Middle School entered the Essay Contest titled, “Why Education is Important.” Sara Casas, a sophomore at A.C. Jones, reviewed the essays with help from Mr. Franco, English teacher at Moreno Middle School, and Mrs. LeBourveau, English teacher at A.C. Jones. She said, “It was difficult to pick only three from each grade as they were all excellent papers, but after reviewing them, we were able to pick the winners.
