Exhibitors wanted for Lonesome Dove Fest

Organizers of the 2012 Lonesome Dove Fest are seeking exhibitors for this year’s event set for Sept. 21-22 at the Karnes County Youth Show Barn Grounds on Highway 181 between Karnes City and Kenedy.

Booth space is 10 feet by 10 feet and the cost is $65 per space. Any vendor reselling toys and novelties will not sell pop-guns, obnoxious toys or projectile- type toys. Committee will review your resale items for appropriate items. No refunds.

Two Gate Passes are complimentary for each exhibitor valid Friday through Saturday.

Exhibitors must bring their own booth setup, tables, chairs, displays, etc. The Fair Grounds will be open for set up on Friday at 3 p.m. Your booth will be ready by Friday evening.

Friday evening, the local community comes to check things out. The Saturday event is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Entertainment in the tent area will continue until midnight. Exhibitors may unload on the grounds, but then must move to designated parking area. Overnight security is provided through Sunday morning.
