Goliad County Farm Bureau sponsored student McCalley Cunningham, 16, of Goliad High School took home a $1,500 scholarship and all-expense paid trip to Washington, D.C., as one of the finalists in the 2012 Free Enterprise Speech Contest at the 79th Texas Farm Bureau annual conference in Waco.
