Judge proposes salary increase for all county employees, elected officials

GOLIAD – Goliad County Judge David Bowman said Monday that a three-percent salary increase for all county employees and elected officials is among the proposals for the 2014 budget.

Bowman also proposed increasing the salaries of certain employees who fall below the average pay scale for their work they are performing.
