This coming Saturday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. will see our Ladies Aglow in action. Our meeting place is the Wesley Methodist Center at 615 Nichols Street in Kenedy. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. with light refreshments and fellowship. Ladies please bring your husbands as men are invited to come also!

Our speaker this month will be the President of Karnes County Ladies Aglow, Judy Berry who will be speaking on the First Coming of Jesus Christ tying it in with Jesus’s Second Coming. As in Jesus First Coming most people thought He would come to bring peace to the earth not realizing He coming was to save His people from their sins through His death and resurrection on the cross and thus establish the New Covenant through His precious blood. There has now been over 2000 years since Jesus came into the world the first time and with that a whole set of new Kingdom believers, called in grafted Jews, who have come into His Kingdom through the action of John 3:16 which declares: “For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not die but have eternal life.” Now, after 2000 years, Jesus is back coming as prophesied years ago through the infallible Word of God. The Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ, will reign supreme after the 7 year tribulation passes. For those who are waiting and watching for His soon return, Jesus will come back in the sky to meet His bride in the air and will thus escape the wrath that is to come upon this earth! Not everyone who says: “Lord will escape this wrath but only those who do the will the Father in Heaven!" We must be ready and looking for Jesus return to escape this wrath and the only way to do this is by living in Jesus 24-7 and staying in Psalms 91 while loving the Lord with all our hearts, souls and spirit and loving our neighbors as ourself. Everyone is invited to come and hear this all important timely message and check to see if you qualify to meet the Lord in the air. Believe me, meeting the Lord in the air (also called our gathering together with Him) is a meeting you definitely don't want to miss.

This will be the last Aglow meeting for Karnes County as most of the officers are retiring in order to do the business the Lord has called us to in other areas. We thank you most heartily for coming and supporting Aglow during its time here in Karnes County and we pray a special blessing over you that you cannot even began to contain. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 830-583-2879 at my home residence or Suzanne Dement at 830-239-4610. Again, may the Lord richly bless you is our prayer for you.
