Lady Badgers keep playoff hopes alive

The Lady Badgers have two more regular season games and hope to make playoffs.

They lost two important games last week, sending them to third place.

On Thursday, April 5, Jourdanton edged out the girls 7-6. On Thursday April 3, the Lady Badgers were defeated by Natalia with a score of 6-3. Junior Aileen Lundquist pitched 3 strikeouts and had 1 RBI. Sophomore Kayla Ramirez had 2 runs and Sophomore Jurnee Jaramillo had 1 run. The Lady Badgers had 4 errors and 1 hit all together.

The Lady Badgers played Dilley Tuesday night and results will be in next week’s edition. They make the long trip Friday to Cotulla, with the game beginning at 5 p.m.
