Kacey Musgraves performed to a capacity crowd Saturday, Nov. 23, at Schroeder Hall in Goliad County. The 50-degree weather didn’t keep her fans from spinning and shuffling their feet on the dance floor as most of the female audience still dressed in skirts and cowboy boots as if it were a warm Texas summer evening. Twenty-four-year-old Musgraves recently took home the New Artist of the Year award at the Country Music Awards and is currently on tour to promote her newest album, “Same Trailer Different Park.”
