A crowd gathered on the street and lawn outside the courthouse Tuesday evening for the county-wide National Night Out celebration. Here, Beeville Police Officer Greg Baron fingerprints Meadows Salazar, 4, as Viviana Baldillez, with the Sheriff’s Office Explorer program, looks on. There were a variety of events and booths scattered throughout the area. Numerous officers, deputies and volunteer firefighters were also around to meet the people they serve. The volunteer firefighters even brought their new ladder truck to show those in attendance.
