REFUGIO – Nema Olle, 85, of died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, in Refugio. She was a homemaker, a Christian and avid birder.

She was born Aug. 3, 1927, in Sugar Land, where she graduated high school in 1944.

Survivors include husband of 66 years, Joe E. Olle; one son, Dennis J. Olle and wife Leslie of Coral Gables, Fla.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, at First Baptist Church of Woodsboro, with the Revs. David Mundine and Jimmy Arnold officiating.

Graveside services followed at Oakwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Dewey Bellows, John J. Harkins, Bernie Market, Mike Mylnar, Robert Randle and Bill Rhame.

Honorary pallbearers were Morris Greenwood, Paul Moore, Roger Myers, Paul Mylnar, Bob Nixon and Dr. J. Tim Rainey.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the South Texas Children’s Home.
