The Goliad County Library accepted a framed photograph of the Tejano Monument on the Texas Capitol Grounds in Austin from the Goliad Tejano Monument committee members at the recent talk by Renato Ramirez, who spoke on the contributions of Tejanos in Texas and the successful effort to place a monument on the State Capitol Grounds that honors the contributions of Hispanics to Texas.
