Three Rivers High School students Ashlee Deleon, Anahi Avendano and Adrianne Saenz are to be commended for raising $1,900 for Layel Lowe.

Their goal was to raise $1,000 to toward medical equipment.

They raised money through a raffle, which included donated items: a blanket they made, candy sales and a bake sale.

The girls were in complete charge of all these events and did a wonderful job.

Their advisers are Jacqueline Coquat and Natalie Carroll.

Thank you to everyone who donated raffle items, money time and love.

We are proud to live in such a caring community.

Kelly and Lora Lowe
