Flames burn the edges of oil tanks at a location about 8 miles west of Kenedy on April 18. A spokesman for Marathon Oil said the tanks were empty at the time and were undergoing maintenance when workers with power tools somehow sparked the fire. Local firefighters arrived on the scene quickly and in a short time extinguished the fire with foam. Minimal damage to the tanks was reported by sources with Marathon.
